This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to eligible products purchased from Pride Ride Auto Care & Rentals in Australia. It does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Return window
We accept returns of eligible products within 29 calendar days of the purchase date. Please bring your proof of purchase.
Eligible products and condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective eligible products.
- Non-defective products must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in their original packaging with all supplied parts and accessories.
- Defective products will be inspected and handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Products that have been installed, used, damaged after delivery, modified or specially ordered are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, except where required by law.

Returns are accepted in store at Pride Ride Auto Care & Rentals, Unit 6/235 Robinsons Road, Ravenhall VIC 3023, Australia. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm eligibility and have a team member ready to assist.
Refunds and exchanges
- Eligible returns may be refunded or exchanged.
- There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Services and vehicle rentals
This product return policy does not apply to completed vehicle services, labour, installed parts or vehicle rentals. Any cancellation, warranty or refund request for those services is assessed under the applicable booking or service terms and the Australian Consumer Law.
